Structure and Battens
New roof battens are usually required when replacing a roof to a timber building, Rob Lander will check this as part of his inspection so this can be included in our quotation and not charged as an extra after the fact, of course if the battens are in good condition we can re screw them and save you the added expense.

Insulation
While we are replacing the roof is the ideal time to upgrade the insulation, this could be a simple as adding insulation under the roof which is included in our re-roofing process or going all the way and adding thick insulation batts in the ceiling space while it’s easy to access.
This will really keep your house comfy and save on energy bills as well. Let us know what you would like and we can quote this as a separate price for you to consider

Many of our new projects particularly apartments and townhouses now have Colorbond wall cladding as well. Most commonly known as standing seam. The most up to date systems we use are “Snaplock” and “Interlock” both in Colorbond finish
