New roof battens are usually required when replacing a roof to a timber building, Rob Lander will check this as part of his inspection so this
can be included in our quotation and not charged as an extra after the fact, off coarse if the battens are in good condition we can re screw them
and save you the added expense.

While we are replacing the roof we always check the roof structure for defects and as a Registered builder
